NOT ABOVE NATURE. WITHIN NATURE
Happiness is not an achievement.
It is a consequence.
It happens when we stop resisting nature and recognize ourselves as part of it. When we understand that we are not external observers, but fragments of the same living balance.
For too long, we believed that growth meant taking more.
Today, we know that true progress lies in learning how to give back.
Genesis was born from this vision, not simply as an event, but as a position we choose to stand for. We believe in a future where cuisine does not exploit, but regenerates.
In a form of hospitality that does not consume places, but protects them. In communities capable of evolving without losing their deepest sense of identity.
Nature, for us, has never been a backdrop.
It is responsibility.
It is measure.
It is truth.
And perhaps this is what happiness really is: living within a limit that does not restrain us, but safeguards us.
Growing without breaking what allows us to exist.
Now more than ever, we feel this direction is the right one.
That is why we are already working on the next edition this September, a further, intentional step toward a relationship with nature that is stronger, more conscious, and more authentic.
Genesis will continue to be a space for thought, encounter, and transformation. An invitation to slow down, to choose deliberately, to imagine differently.
Because the future does not belong to those who stand above nature. It belongs to those who choose, every day, to live within it.
